IP Legal Assistant/ Paralegal

Established firm in Dallas is seeking an experienced IP Litigation Paralegal/ Legal Assistant to support mostly intellectual property litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have a background in litigation with a preference for IP-related matters. 3+ years of law firm experience is required.

Office is located in Uptown.

Responsibilities

• Manage case files and maintain organized documentation
• File court documents
• Support patent enforcement and intellectual property litigation efforts
• Assist with appeals and trial preparation activities
• Organize evidence and prepare materials for trial
• Communicate internally with legal team regarding case progress

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in IP litigation
• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• Proficient with litigation support and document management systems
• Familiarity with USPTO, PACER and State & Federal Courts.
