Seamstress

We are seeking an experienced Seamstress / Industrial Sewer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for sewing and fabricating heavy-duty, heat-resistant protective covers and thermal insulation products.

Job Duties

• Operate industrial sewing machines to manufacture protective covers and insulation products.
• Sew heavy-duty fabrics and heat-resistant materials.
• Measure, cut, and accurately assemble fabric and materials.
• Follow patterns, measurements, and basic sewing instructions.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and proper construction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures when handling insulation and heat-resistant materials.

Job Requirements

• 1+ year of sewing experience preferred.
• Industrial sewing experience is a plus.
• Experience operating industrial sewing machines, such as:
• • Walking-foot machines
  • Serger/overlock machines
  • Heavy-duty industrial sewing machines
• Ability to sew heavy-duty fabrics and materials.
• Ability to read patterns, measurements, and basic sewing instructions.
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely with heat-resistant and insulation materials.
• Must be dependable and able to work the assigned shift.
• Must successfully pass E-Verify.
