Service Technician

OneSparQ is looking for a service technician in West Palm Beach, FL.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience working with low-voltage systems
• Hands-on experience servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing fire alarm and/or access control systems
• Strong ability to diagnose electrical, wiring, communication, and equipment issues
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Additional Skills (not required):

• Programming and troubleshooting experience with fire alarm systems, including Edwards, Notifier, Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, Simplex, or similar systems
• Programming and troubleshooting experience with access control systems, including Avigilon, DMP, Lenel/LenelS2, Software House/C•CURE, Honeywell, or similar platforms

Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer sites throughout the West Palm Beach area to service and troubleshoot low-voltage systems
• Service, program, and repair access control and fire alarm systems
• Diagnose issues with wiring, panels, devices, power supplies, and system components
• Independently manage assigned service calls from troubleshooting through completion, including testing and documentation
• Work directly with customers across commercial, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and other facilities
