Gregory Construction is looking for 5 Concrete Workers to support commercial/industrial data center projects in the Trenton and Sidney, OH areas. Candidates should have previous concrete construction experience and be comfortable with backfill concrete, rebar, and form work. This position is not finish work.

Job Type: Full-Time / Contract
Location: Trenton & Sidney, OH
Pay: $25–$30/hr
Start: Monday, 10/19/26
Duration: Minimum 2 months
Schedule: Monday–Saturday; typically 6x8s, but currently working 6x10s–6x12s

Required Skills

• Previous concrete construction experience
• Experience with rebar and form work
• Experience with backfill concrete
• Comfortable performing physical construction work
• OSHA 10 required
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Valid ID required and must match information submitted
• English- or Spanish-speaking candidates accepted

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform concrete work on commercial/industrial data center projects
• Complete backfill concrete work
• Install and work with rebar
• Perform form work/stay form
• Assist with concrete preparation and placement
• Perform general concrete construction duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all project safety procedures and requirements
• Work as part of a crew to complete project work efficiently

Experience

• Previous concrete construction experience required
• Experience with rebar, stay form, and backfill concrete preferred
• Commercial, industrial, or data center experience is a plus
• Finish work is not required for this position
