PRECAST CONCRETE CARPENTERS AND LABORERS

We are actively hiring Precast Concrete Carpenters and Precast Concrete Laborers to join our growing team. Positions are available immediately.

• Pay Rate: $16.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
• ⏰ 40 hours per week — consistent, reliable schedule

Carpenter Responsibilities

• Build, set, and strip concrete formwork for precast panels and structural components
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and steel forms with precision
• Ensure forms are properly aligned, braced, and secured before pours
• Work safely in a fast-paced production environment

Laborer Responsibilities

• Assist with setting and stripping forms
• Pour, spread, and finish concrete as directed
• Clean and prepare molds, forms, and work areas
• Move materials and equipment throughout the facility or job site
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in precast concrete, concrete forming, or general construction preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Basic understanding of concrete processes is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
