Base pay starting at $80k+ (negotiable) + truck allowance, benefits, insurance, performance bonus, etc.

NCW is looking for an Assistant Project Manager for a Multifamily General Contractor in Houston, TX. This position will be working within the multifamily division and will start in the middle of a currently ongoing project in the Houston-area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years construction experience.
• Prior APM or Project Engineer experience required.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, strong task management skills, proficient in construction software used for planning, scheduling, reports, etc.
• Ability to submit and pass a background check and drug test.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
