Customer Support Representative (Hybrid)

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and can handle customer questions and concerns in a professional and positive manner.

Responsibilities:

• Providing high volume inbound support
• Responsible for providing support to clients who have questions about policies.
• Communication with internal departments on client inquires and issues in a timely manner
• Take inquiries from clients about obtaining policies, updating pertient information in company database
• Handling insurance documentation
• Resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred or 1+ years relevant experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience and administrative skills
• Insurance experience a plus, but not required.
• Call center experience a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong critical-thinking skills
• Professional, customer-focused attitude

Job details:

• Full-Time | $21+/hour | Hybrid 3 days in office
