Field Medical Assistant – In-Home Patient Care

360X Staffing is recruiting several Medical Assistants to partner with providers during in-home patient visits in Atlanta, Columbus, Thomasville, GA. You’ll help patients feel comfortable, prepared, and heard while supporting hands-on care. If you enjoy connecting with people and being out in the community, this opportunity could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Support providers before, during, and after patient visits.
• Welcome patients, gather information, take vitals, and assist with translation when needed.
• Perform phlebotomy and other medical tasks as directed by the provider.
• Help close care gaps, review consent forms, and maintain accurate EHR documentation.
• Organize medical supplies and equipment so visits run smoothly.
• Help schedule visits and keep patients engaged in their care.
• Travel to patient homes independently or alongside the provider.

What You’ll Bring

• Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program, required for this Georgia role.
• At least one year of healthcare experience. In-home care experience is a plus.
• BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills and comfort documenting in electronic medical records.
• Ability to climb three flights of stairs and carry up to 40 pounds of equipment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.

This position requires travel to patient homes and hands-on care during visits.
