Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Intrathecal Account Manager Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the account manager by assisting with client relationships, ordering and tracking medications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions while developing your expertise in the intrathecal field.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing existing client accounts through proactive communication and relationship building.
- Participate in client meetings and teambuilding events.
- Assist account manager in processing, tracking and managing medication orders.
- Maintain detailed records.
- Assist managing pickups and deliveries of medications.
- Ensure compliance with HIPPA regulations.
Requirements
- Medical field experience. Intrathecal experience is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED equivelant.
- Familiarity with ERM systems.
- Strong interpersonal, technical, and organizational skills.
