Distribution specialist

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Distribution Specialist! In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods from suppliers to customers. You’ll work closely with inventory, shipping, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations, track shipments, and manage distribution schedules.

Duties:

• Operate high-volume printers, folding, and inserting equipment to prepare medical records for mailing.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Sort, quality-check, package, and label medical records for USPS and FedEx shipments.
• Receive and distribute incoming mail throughout the organization.
• Maintain accurate turnaround times and follow established procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and positive attitude.

Job Details: 

• Shift: Monday – Friday, 1pm – 9pm
• Pay: $16.00-17.00
• Job Type: On-site
