Retail Team Leader

Pro Image Sports is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Team Leader to join our team. We specialize in officially licensed sports apparel, hats, jerseys, and merchandise from professional and college teams.

 Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will help support the daily operation of the store, including:

• Provide excellent customer service and actively engage with customers.
• Assist customers with sports apparel, hats, jerseys, and merchandise.
• Help drive sales and meet daily store sales goals.
• Lead by example and help keep team members focused and productive.
• Open and/or close the store when scheduled.
• Operate the POS system and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Restock merchandise and help maintain attractive product displays.
• Assist with inventory and merchandise organization.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Communicate professionally with management and fellow team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Retail experience strongly preferred.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and interest in professional and college sports is preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching customers.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be comfortable taking responsibility and providing direction when management is not present.
• Must be available for a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
