Personal Injury Paralegal — New Jersey
Schedule: Hybrid — 4 days in office, 1 day remote

Busy Law Firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to support attorneys with civil litigation and personal injury matters. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience and be able to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

• Manage case files, court deadlines, and litigation calendars.
• Assist with drafting and filing pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Obtain and organize medical records and supporting case materials.
• Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Assist with deposition, mediation, and trial preparation.

Qualifications:

• Prior paralegal experience in civil litigation and/or personal injury litigation required.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently with minimal training.
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Must have a car and be available for the required office schedule.
