Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in immigration matters and provide guidance throughout the legal process.
• Prepare and review immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and other submissions.
• Prepare clients for interviews and hearings.
• Manage case deadlines and maintain regular communication with clients.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of immigration law experience required.
• Experience with affirmative and defensive asylum cases a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Available to work fully in office in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn.
