Senior Attorney – Family Law
Growing family law firm seeking a North Atlanta Metro based(Cobb, N. Fulton, Gwinnett) results-driven Senior Attorney with strong experience in family law litigation . This is a leadership role for an attorney who can manage cases from start to finish, lead a team, and deliver efficient, high-quality results.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a high-volume family law caseload (divorce, custody, support, legitimation)
• Handle cases from intake through final resolution
• Lead litigation strategy, negotiations, and courtroom advocacy
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
• Supervise and mentor paralegals and junior attorneys
• Maintain strong client relationships and communication
• Meet and exceed 33+ billable hours per week

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed GA Attorney
• 3+ years of family law experience
• Proven ability to independently manage cases start to finish
• Strong courtroom presence and negotiation skills
• Leadership experience and ability to manage a team
• Organized, efficient, and client-focused

Pay: $140,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
