Warehouse Driver - Bilingual Spanish/English

Full-Time | Driver-Focused Role with Warehouse Support

We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused Warehouse Driver to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to safely load, transport, and deliver party rental equipment to customers and vendors.

When you’re not making deliveries, you’ll help with loading and unloading trucks, preparing orders, receiving rental items, and keeping the warehouse organized and ready for the next delivery.

What You'll Do

Driving & Deliveries – Primary Responsibility

• Safely load and transport party rental equipment to customers and vendors.
• Deliver and pick up rental items on schedule.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery.
• Collect customer signatures on invoices and return completed paperwork.
• Complete daily truck safety and maintenance checklists.
• Report delivery, pickup, and merchandise return times accurately.

Warehouse Support

• Load and unload rental equipment from trucks.
• Receive, inspect, and properly store rental items.
• Check received items against orders for accuracy.
• Pick, check, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist with inventory counts and keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Operate a forklift and other equipment as needed.
• Perform other warehouse and delivery duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience, including forklift operation.
• Appliance lift experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English – strong communication skills in Spanish are required.
• Clean driving record with no restrictions, suspensions, or DUI convictions within the past 3 years.
• Able to safely lift, load, unload, and move rental equipment.
• Able to work efficiently, manage multiple tasks, and meet daily delivery deadlines.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with LTL and full-truckload logistics is a plus.
• CDL is a plus but not required (except where required by state law).
• Must be able to meet applicable physical requirements of the position.
