Controller

The Controller oversees the organization’s accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, sound internal controls, regulatory compliance, and effective financial planning. This role provides financial insight to support strategic decision-making and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial close activities.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop and maintain effective accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and variance analysis.
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to organizational leadership.
• Manage external audits, tax filings, and other regulatory reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and company policies.
• Lead, develop, and support the accounting team.
