Mailroom Specialist

Employment Solutions is currently seeking a dependable Mail Service Specialist to assist a busy insurance company located in Springfield, OH.  Ideal candidate will be organized, and team oriented. 

Day to Day Responsibilities:  Candidates will be responsible for printing, validating and quality checking outgoing letters and packets. 

Qualifications:  Strong attention to detail, written/verbal communication skills, organization, and ability to multi-task.

The Mail Services Specialist – Letter Team is responsible for the following functions:

• Printing and quality checking outgoing letters.
• Create mailing and courier labels.
• Identify and sort redirected mail being sent to client.
• Note client systems when applicable.
• Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Education :  High School Diploma or GED

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Basic computer skills
• Strong independent decision making
• Organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to learn multiple policies and procedures
• Strong attention to detail

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay: $15/hr.
