Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Requirements

• Medical Assistant certification
• BLS certification required
• EPIC experience required  
• Previous healthcare/clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient intake, rooming, and vital signs
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in EPIC
• Support providers and clinical staff with daily patient care
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments as needed
• Perform basic clinical and administrative duties
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
• Provide professional and compassionate patient service
