Tiger Labor & Staffing is hiring a dependable, organized Office Assistant to help with our daily staffing operations. We provide workers to local construction, manufacturing, and warehouse companies.

You’ll answer phones, greet applicants, and help with recruiting, onboarding, job orders, and payroll. We’ll train you on our procedures, but you need to be comfortable talking to people, using a computer, and keeping track of details.

Duties include:

• Answer phones and greet applicants and visitors
• Call applicants about job opportunities and conduct initial screenings
• Help new employees complete onboarding paperwork
• Create and update client job orders
• Assist with timecards, payroll information, and data entry
• Assist with inside sales outreach, which may include calls, emails, and mailers to local businesses
• File documents and keep applications and office supplies stocked
• Keep the office, lobby, parking lot, and coffee station clean and organized
• Follow daily checklists and assist the manager as needed

• Can move between tasks and stay organized in a busy office
• Is willing to pitch in with both staffing duties and routine office upkeep

Starting pay is $17 per hour, with training and room for growth as you learn the business.
