Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans to enhance patient outcomes.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in compliance with practice acts and facility policies.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families to support patient needs.
- Maintain adherence to all safety and regulatory standards.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master of Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy).
- Active state Occupational Therapy license or the ability to obtain it.
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
