Assignment Overview
Seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist for an acute care setting specializing in cath lab procedures. Ideal candidates will have previous cath lab experience, with a focus on scrubbing, monitoring hemodynamics, and circulating. This role requires acute attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Assignment Details
- Number of suites/labs: 6
- Average cases per day: 10 to 15
- Shift Details: 9-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays
- Call Requirements: Weekly on a rotational basis, usually 8-9 shifts/month
- Call Response Time: 30 minutes from time of page
- Scrub Color/Dress Code: Scrubs are provided by the hospital
- Charting System: EPIC
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $4200 (negotiable)
Responsibilities
- Scrub for cath lab procedures
- Monitor hemodynamics
- Circulate during procedures
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous cath lab experience
- ARRT Certification
- BLS Certification
- IEMA Certification
Preferred:
- Ped's experience
- McKesson cardiology PACS experience
