As an Electrical Assembly II (Electro-Mechanical Assembler), you will:
Job Description
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly, repair, and rework of transformers, power supplies, and magnetic assemblies supporting Patriot and Aegis radar systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
- Perform hand-soldering and assembly operations according to quality standards.
- Assemble, wire, and install electrical and mechanical components using hand tools and measurement equipment.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with engineering requirements.
- Complete production documentation and data entry using internal systems.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational/technical training.
- Minimum 1 year of assembly, manufacturing, or electro-mechanical assembly experience.
- Minimum 1 year of hand-soldering experience.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
- Experience using hand tools and basic measurement equipment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- J-STD-001 Certification.
- Experience with electrical assembly, wiring, cable harnessing, or electrical testing.
- Aerospace, defense, electronics, or high-reliability manufacturing experience.
- Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO manufacturing standards.
Schedule:
9/80 Work Schedule
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Training may be conducted on 1st Shift prior to transitioning to 2nd Shift.
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
