Credentials Coordinator

Location: St. Helena, CA
Pay: $35–$40 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Shift: Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts
Work Arrangement: Onsite Only

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Credentials Coordinator to support credentialing and provider management activities in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong credentialing experience, hands-on EPIC experience, and an active CPCS or CPMSM certification.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of Credentials Coordinator experience
• Active CPCS or CPMSM certification required
• Previous EPIC experience required
• Healthcare credentialing experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Must be available to work onsite in St. Helena, CA
