Bartender/Server

We are seeking a Bartender/Server to join our team. This role is primarily focused on bartending while supporting table service and delivering an attentive, efficient guest experience. Reporting to the Bar Manager, the position offers opportunities for growth into Lead Bartender, Shift Supervisor, and Beverage Management roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to established standards.
• Support food service and table service as needed.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions.
• Handle cash accurately and securely.
• Maintain clean, organized tables and bar areas.
• Stock bar supplies and verify guest identification while following safety requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in bartending and table service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with cash handling and age verification.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy service environment.
