3rd Shift Supervisor – Food Manufacturing

Pay: $24/hour
Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Training Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM for the first 2–3 weeks
Location: Zephyrhills, FL

We are seeking an experienced 3rd Shift Supervisor to join a growing food manufacturing operation in Zephyrhills. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or a similar industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support employees during the overnight production shift.
• Monitor daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity standards are met.
• Assign work and provide direction to production employees.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies.
• Help resolve production and employee issues during the shift.
• Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures are followed.
• Communicate production information and shift updates to management.
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Use computer systems to monitor production and complete reports.
• Train, coach, and develop team members as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Supervisory experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or light industrial environments will also be considered.
• Must know the SAP software system and some Excel
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English clearly.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Computer literate and comfortable using production or inventory management systems.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be willing to work the overnight shift.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and 6-panel drug screening.

Training

Selected candidates will complete approximately 2–3 weeks of training on 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. After successfully completing training, the candidate will transition to the 3rd shift schedule of 10:00 PM–6:30 AM.

• Employees must follow all required food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
• Required protective clothing and footwear will be provided according to company policy.
