HVAC MASTER

We are looking for a skilled HVAC MASTER Technician who takes genuine pride in diagnosing problems correctly and doing the job right the first time. You will handle both service and installation work — residential and light commercial. You will be trusted with a take-home van, the tools you need, and the autonomy to run your calls like the professional you are. No micromanaging. No private equity. Just a tight-knit team that does quality work and gets paid for it.

•     Owner in the office AND in the field — not behind a private equity board

•     Managers lead by example and teach along the way — every single day

•     One team meeting per week at 7:00am — that's it. No death by meetings

•     First call at 8:00am · A/B/C weekend rotation means two out of three months your weekends are yours

•     1-on-1 training available alongside group training sessions

•     Joining a company with an established electrical and plumbing customer base — built-in opportunity from day one

Get Lit Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC keeps homes and businesses across Hampton Roads powered, flowing and comfortable. From Williamsburg to Suffolk to the Virginia Beach oceanfront, our team of 25+ technicians handles everything from a tripped breaker to a full commercial build-out.

We've earned our reputation one five-star review at a time, and we take care of our people the same way we take care of our customers. We invest in the tools that make work easier: Our office spends its time on the work that matters, not on busywork.

This role is the backbone of that office. You'll own the numbers and the people side of the business, so the executive team can focus on growing it!
