• 24hr call shifts -- Thursday through Monday
• 2 - 4 patients per shift with 2 - 4 admissions per 24hr period
• Holiday call coverage
• Both inpatient and outpatient rounding required
• C-sections, VBAC, breech delivery, and multiple births required
