• Hotel pager call -- remote availability required between assigned shifts
• 2 patients per shift
• Approximately 250 deliveries per year
• Inpatient OB department -- 5-bed unit
• Call is for assigned patients only
• Full OB skills required -- vaginal, C-section, breech, VBAC, multiples
• OB ultrasound performance and interpretation required
• Low forceps and complicated delivery management required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
