This facility operates as a tribal health clinic delivering primary care services to patients of all ages within a structured clinical environment. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and on-site infrastructure to support consistent care delivery. Clinical workflows are structured to address the primary care needs of the patient population served.

The clinician will provide clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site tribal health clinic, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM during day shift hours. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups, with an expected volume of 16 patients per month. After-hours call coverage is required by phone. Prescriptive authority is required for this assignment.
