- Call coverage ‐‐ weekends, 12‐hour shifts, 7 pm ‐ 7 am
- Every weekend or every other weekend ‐‐ 4 or 2 weekends/month
- 8 patients per shift ‐‐ 3 phone consults per 24 hours
- Inpatient hospital setting ‐‐ adult patients only
- Trauma surgery and general surgery experience required
- Chest tube insertion and central line insertion required
- Laparoscopic surgery skills preferred ‐‐ appendectomy, cholecystectomy
- Stroke certified facility
