Physical Therapist

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | Monday–Thursday | 7:20 AM – 5:50 PM
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services in both inpatient acute care and outpatient settings across two facilities, with travel between locations (approximately 23 miles apart)
- Deliver patient care in the morning at the acute care facility, then travel to the outpatient facility for afternoon coverage
- Float between units based on daily census and patient needs
- Maintain patient-to-therapist ratios of approximately 1:5–1:10
- Document patient care and progress using Epic electronic health records
- Active Washington State Physical Therapist license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
- Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
- Ability to work in both inpatient acute care and outpatient settings
- Willingness to travel between two facilities during the shift (personal transportation required)
- Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Prior experience in a critical access hospital setting
- Familiarity with Epic charting system
- Experience managing varied patient populations across inpatient and outpatient environments

- No on-call, no weekend requirements, and no block schedule — offering a consistent and predictable Monday–Thursday schedule
