Description
American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist with 1+ year experience for a home health and skilled nursing facility position in SE Minnesota.
Details
- Split setting with 50% Home Health and 50% Skilled Nursing Facility, varying by area need
- Flexibility across settings is required
- Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm
- Home Health uses HCHB system and Skilled Nursing Facility uses NetHealth
- Productivity expectations are 90% in Home Health and 85% in Skilled Nursing Facility
- No on-call or call-back requirements
- Onsite Therapy Supervisor available
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- BLS certification required
- License required if applicable
- New graduates will be considered
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
Additional Information
- Work under the supervision of an onsite Therapy Supervisor
- First-time travelers will be considered
- Candidates residing within an 80-mile radius are considered local and accepted at a lower rate
