Companion Care Needed - Now Hiring

About who needs care: Had multiple fractures all healed help some meal prep some cleaning, help motivational for getting going & a work out routine to get started & build more strength back. I can do most things , motivation getting started & maybe encouragement About the care needs: No recently surgeries last was 2022, never went to physical therapy just worked on myself, but more & more not motivated to get going , have Medicare & could get more disability programs, but motivation is struggle to do certain things since acquired my disabilities. The struggle is real Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
