Babysitter Needed

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and experienced babysitter for our 16-month-old son, once a week for 4 hours on a recurring basis. Responsibilities include playing, reading, age-appropriate activities, diaper changes, preparing/giving snacks or meals, walking outside, and following his nap routine. We are looking for someone who is warm, patient, attentive, and comfortable caring for a toddler independently. CPR/First Aid certification and references are preferred. We are a non-smoking household and prefer no screen time during childcare. We are hoping to find someone interested in a consistent, long-term weekly arrangement.
