Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Service Parts Representative openings in North Branch, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment while supporting customers with parts and service needs.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $24.00-$26.00/hour + Commission (DOE)
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: North Branch, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling parts and service inquiries via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct replacement parts.
• Process sales orders, job tickets, order status updates, and shipment documentation.
• Package and ship parts orders accurately while maintaining inventory and coordinating out-of-stock purchases.
• Read blueprints, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation to support customer needs and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude demonstrated through work experience, technical interests, or hobbies.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, power transmission systems, or 12-volt electrical systems preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
