A leading sign company in Morgantown is seeking a motivated Project Manager / Project Coordinator to oversee custom signage projects from concept through installation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, building strong client relationships, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple sign and graphics projects from design approval through final installation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with designers, production staff, vendors, and installation crews to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, materials, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and installation requirements for accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, invoices, and project reports.
• Assist with scheduling production and installation activities.
• Identify and resolve project challenges while minimizing delays and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Support business growth through client relationship management and project success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project coordination, project management, construction management, manufacturing operations, signage, or a related industry.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications, blueprints, or technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the sign industry, construction, fabrication, graphics, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, or related design software.
• Experience working with vendors, subcontractors, and installation crews.
• Knowledge of permitting requirements, local codes, or project logistics.
