A respected manufacturing organization in the Cheektowaga, NY area is seeking an Onsite Client Account Manager to support a key client relationship and help ensure a smooth, high-quality onsite experience. This full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a client-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, coordinating daily operations, leading meetings and tours, and serving as a trusted point of contact.
The Onsite Client Account Manager will work closely with client leadership, internal teams, managers, and employees to support service delivery, communication, issue resolution, onboarding, and account performance. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for the client, internal teams, managers, employees, visitors, and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership while identifying needs, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, events, tours, onboarding activities, and other onsite account initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day client requests, resolve issues professionally, and escalate significant concerns when appropriate.
- Track client feedback, key metrics, action items, performance updates, and ongoing account activities.
- Support client meetings, business presentations, reporting, account reviews, and relationship-building efforts.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
