Job Title: Loader / Quality Control Associate

Pay Rate: $23.50 - $25.00 per hour

Schedules:

• 1st shift 5:30am -5:30pm Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• 2nd shift 5:30pm -5:30am Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Overnight shift 7:30pm -7:30am Monday - Thursday

Job Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality, accuracy, and damage.
• Verify shipments match packing slips, labels, and inventory records.
• Maintain productivity while meeting daily performance goals.
• Report damaged products, shortages, or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Ensure products are packaged and prepared according to Amazon quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to meet operational deadlines.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, loading, unloading, or quality control experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
  

Experience:

• Load & unload: 1 year (Preferred)
• quality control: 1 year (Preferred)
• Amazon: 1 year (Preferred)
