Partners Personnel is NOW HIRING a Lead Forklift Operator in Keasbey, NJ!

Pay: $19.95/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift
Hours: 12:00 AM–8:30 AM
Language: Bilingual Spanish/English required
English Level: Intermediate or higher

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Lead Forklift Operator to support our 3rd shift warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of merchandise
• Provide daily direction and support to warehouse associates
• Communicate work assignments and priorities to the team
• Communicate with supervisors and management regarding production and operational needs
• Help ensure associates follow safety procedures and company policies
• Monitor workflow and help keep the team productive
• Assist with training and supporting new associates
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment
• Perform additional warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience required
• Previous lead or leadership experience preferred
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• Must have at least intermediate English communication skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable providing direction to a team
• Must be able to work the full 3rd shift schedule and overtime as needed
