QA/Administrative

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Weekends Off)

Hours Optional to select start time-8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm

Pay is negotiable on experience $21.00-$23.00 Hrly/ Paid weekly

Preferably - Food industry experience

Bilingual/Spanish-Welcomed

• Willing to go onto the floor to do scale checks or swabs. 90% in office and 10% in warehouse (Steel Shoes required)
• Product ingredients mix spices grinded and bottled, weighed, packaged, labeled, shipping
• Assist in daily management of food safety and quality assurance programs and procedures for company to ensure production meets with company quality standards and food safety goals by working closely with QA Assistant Manager
• Organize and manage daily paperwork for all production and quality department needs
• Assist with miscellaneous QA needs under the direction of QA Assistant Manager
• Support with maintaining a continuous improvement environment
• Support with maintaining compliance with the BRC GFSI food safety standard
• Assist with internal mandatory training
• Assist monitoring environmental testing program
• Oversee testing and auditing of final product, process parameters and raw materials used to ensure compliance with quality specifications and standards.
