Warehouse Lead 1st Shift

NOW HIRING: WAREHOUSE LEAD – 1ST SHIFT (8AM to 4:30PM)

Pay: $19.50/hour | Sunday–Thursday | Overtime Available

Partners Personnel is hiring an experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team!

If you have warehouse experience, forklift experience, and enjoy taking the lead, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support warehouse associates
• Help assign daily tasks and keep operations running smoothly
• Operate a forklift as needed
• Monitor productivity and work quality
• Support loading, unloading, and staging
• Help train and guide new employees
• Follow and promote safety procedures
• Communicate with management regarding daily operations
• Keep the work area organized and safe

What We’re Looking For

• Warehouse experience
• Forklift experience required
• Leadership or Lead experience preferred
• Reliable and dependable
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work overtime when needed

Schedule

Sunday through Thursday – 1st Shift
Overtime available

Pay

$19.50 per hour
