Submission Requirements – Required

• Minimum 2 years of LPN Medical-Surgical (MS) experience
• Recent/relevant LPN MS experience

Certification Requirements

• BLS – AHA

License Requirements

• Active Oklahoma LPN License

Must-Have: Candidates must have 2+ years of LPN MS experience, current AHA BLS, and an active Oklahoma LPN license.
