Job Description

·         Provide overall leadership and accountability for the company's business performance, operations, strategic execution, and tactical planning

·         Oversee 8–10 direct reports including Human Resources Manager, Engineering Manager, Production Manager, and 3 Production Supervisors

·         Maintain full P&L responsibility for the operation

·         Develop leaders through clear expectations, coaching, feedback, performance management, and succession planning

·         Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives within a CNC manufacturing facility

Key Requirements

·         Strong Aerospace or defense industry experience with precision machining highly preferable

·         Demonstrated strategic leadership capability across business, people, operational, financial, and customer functions

·         Proven ability to lead leaders, manage manufacturing priorities, and drive accountability across functions

·         BS degree preferred
