Their maintenance technicians are responsible for maintaining proper functioning of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing maintenance requirements (both planned and unplanned) on production, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, packaging and processing equipment, utility systems, and following all OSHA and facility-specific protocols (including LOTO, Arc Flash, etc.)
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Positions Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Pay: $25-37/hour depending on skills, experience, education, and certifications
Shift: Night shift (6p-6a, 2-2-3 rotation)
Qualifications:
Complete all maintenance requirements (both planned and unplanned) on production, packaging and processing equipment, and utility systems.
Troubleshoot and repair on Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and AC/DC drive systems.
Respond promptly to all emergency repairs in breakdown situations as necessary.
Perform preventative maintenance (i.e., conducting computerized preventative maintenance check-ups or reading SPC charts and data) as needed.
Ensure proper function of the line manufacturing support systems (line/lube delivery, resin delivery, process systems, operational support.)
