Job Description
Arizona, Utah and a slice of Southern California are where your deliveries land on this Dollar Tree regional fleet, with every load starting in Phoenix, AZ. You average 3 loads per week, then take a 34-hour reset at home every week.
The freight is dry, and you unload full truckloads yourself using a roto cart and lift gate. It is steady, physical work on a dedicated account where you learn the stores and the routes.
Lane Details:
- Loads begin in Phoenix, AZ
- Deliveries to AZ, UT and some Southern CA
- Dedicated Dollar Tree freight
- Average of 3 loads per week
- Mileage pay (CPM)
- $220 per load pay
- Guaranteed $1,400 minimum weekly if driver has no accidents, no service failures, refusals and is available 5.5 days
The Work:
- Dry freight, full truckloads
- You unload using a roto cart and lift gate
- Solo driving on a regional fleet
Home Time:
- 34-hour reset at home every week
Equipment:
- Top-of-the-line sleeper trucks
- Automatic transmissions
- 53' trailers
- Part of one of the newest fleets in the country
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
- Truck parking at home or secure location near home
- This lane is not suitable for students, recent grads, or trainees
Pay Details:
- Layover 24 hours - $200 per day
- Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day
- Training - Retraining Pay - $200 per day
- Backhaul Pickup - $25 per load
- St George backhaul pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage
- Mentor pay - $50 per day - $250 per week
- Mentor Road Test - $50 per road test
- Clean DOT Inspection - $25
- Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly
