Industrial Maintenance Manager 

An international group that manufactures, sells and services cutting tools, measuring tools is looking for a  Industrial Maintenance Manager. This is a direct hire position.

Experienced needed to succeed as a  Industrial Maintenance Manager

• 5+ years of Industrial Maintenance Technology (IMT) experience, with a specialized focus on CNC machining setup, operation, and troubleshooting.

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience leading industrial maintenance technicians, machine operators, and shop floor operations.

• HS diploma or equivalent

What you’ll be doing as the  Industrial Maintenance Manager

• Direct the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production equipment while managing on-call emergency response to maximize operational uptime.

• Establish preventive/predictive maintenance programs, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and lead root-cause analysis to mitigate recurring equipment failures.

• Manage annual maintenance budgets and critical spare parts inventory, identifying supply risks and controlling repair and contractor expenditures.

• Coordinate outside service providers, OEMs, and technical contractors during capital equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning.

• $80,000 salary
• Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
  • Mandatory overtime when scheduled
• Saline, 48176
