We are looking for a detail-oriented Credit Analyst Intermediate to join a Long-term Contract opportunity in Westerville, Ohio. This position supports institutional credit operations by coordinating loan closing activities, reviewing documentation, and working closely with internal partners to help ensure timely and accurate execution. The role is best suited for someone who communicates effectively, adapts quickly in a fast-moving office environment, and is eager to build expertise in credit and loan administration.

Responsibilities:
• Review loan and credit documents before booking to confirm accuracy, completeness, and alignment with internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Partner with lending and credit stakeholders to gather approvals, finalize funding-related materials, and keep transactions moving toward closing.
• Track, organize, and maintain loan records across required platforms to support efficient documentation management and status visibility.
• Work with cross-functional teams involved in closing, servicing, and operational support to resolve issues and facilitate smooth transaction execution.
• Prepare, verify, and distribute closing packages, financial records, and related materials with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Monitor time-sensitive activities around month-end and quarter-end periods, providing additional support when transaction volumes increase.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams to provide updates, clarify documentation requirements, and address processing questions.
• Assist with ad hoc operational and financial tasks related to credit, compliance, and loan administration as needed.• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Prior experience in credit, loan operations, financial services, or a similar business support function is preferred.
• Familiarity with credit agreements, loan documentation, or legal financial records is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Proven ability to stay organized, learn new processes quickly, and perform effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and general business systems.
• High level of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail in document review and transaction support.
