Associate Attorney - Plaintiff Personal Injury

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Active New York Bar admission in good standing.

• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience required.

• Strong experience handling personal injury litigation from intake through resolution.

• Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.

• Strong client communication and case-management abilities.

• Must demonstrate a stable employment history; candidates who frequently change positions ("job hoppers") will not be considered.

• Candidates should have remained in their most recent position for at least 2 years.

• Must live within approximately a 5-10 mile radius of the office and be able to commute on-site.

• Strong interest in a long-term opportunity is preferred.

• Strong hands-on experience managing plaintiff personal injury matters and be committed to building a long-term career with the firm.
