Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 8-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Days | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit in an acute care setting
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float to a nearby affiliated facility as needed to support staffing requirements
• Adhere to unit protocols, including completion of required onboarding competency testing upon orientation

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Massachusetts
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a Medical-Surgical or Telemetry setting
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR is required
• Must be available for the duration of the 8-week assignment with no more than 3 days of requested time off
• Must be willing to float to a nearby affiliated facility as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-acuity Medical-Surgical Telemetry environment
• Familiarity with competency-based onboarding assessments and clinical testing protocols
• Experience working within a large health system or multi-facility environment
