Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

I am looking for a reliable, caring, and organized person to help with my four children and household every Wednesday and Thursday from approximately 4:30 p.m. to 8:00/8:30 p.m. This is a consistent, recurring position each week. My children are very well behaved, and I am looking for someone who can help keep our evenings organized and running smoothly. Responsibilities will include helping ensure homework is completed, preparing meals as needed, preparing lunches and other items for the following school day, laundry, and light household cleaning and tidying. I am looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, organized, and comfortable taking initiative.
